Why we don’t do cookie cutter solutions

We all love a good template. It helps to create time and efficiency.

But when it comes to ‘Out of the Box’ / ‘Off The Shelf’ pre-packaged tech and process solutions, careful thought needs to be given as to how this can impact your business.

Using templated/pre-packaged solutions is a great way to get your business off the ground. It’s quick, it’s easy, and can take away some of the scare factors in just getting started.

However, since no two businesses are the same and you have unique goals and plans in mind for your business, you’ll quickly find that a cookie-cutter solution is unlikely to give you the flexibility to meet your needs and the needs of your clients and employees.

These solutions are designed for mass market with the idea of meeting many needs for many businesses. As your needs develop, and you start to cement your place in the business world, your systems and processes are at the core of the way that your business runs.

THEY ARE WHAT MAKES YOU YOU, AND PART OF WHAT DIFFERENTIATES HOW YOU DO BUSINESS COMPARED TO YOUR COMPETITOR.

EXAMPLE: I’ve worked with almost 50 digital marketing agencies across the past 24 months. They all offer the same service. How they deliver it is entirely different. Their tech stack (the software that they use), the way in which they sell, the way that they onboard a new client, how they manage their projects, how they communicate. Yes, the stages and deliverables for clients are very similar, but it’s the tools that they choose to use and the HOW that they follow, that make them different and can greatly affect the experience that their clients have with them!

If you’re aiming to move forward with your business, spend some time designing your own solution. YOUR OWN JOURNEY.Not one that delivers and is the same as Mary down the ways.

So no, we don’t have any cookie-cutter setups that you can purchase, nor do we believe in the one size fits all approach. It’s about you, your business, your customers and designing a solution to match.

That’s what lights our fire.
