We are technology agnostic and as a result of this are happy to investigate industry-specific, as well as any other software you are considering using, and provide you with an in-depth analysis on whether it is appropriate for your needs before helping you with implementation and training.
Even though we can (and do!) make recommendations for our clients, we are not biased toward any specific software and do not lead clients to certain platforms because we receive kickbacks for doing so (in fact, any financial gain we get from any software, we donate to local charity – you can read more about this by clicking here!)

Short answer – yes! One of the biggest things we find our clients struggle with is keeping up to date with updates from the software companies and how it is going to impact them, getting quick help for questions that they have or having someone on the team who understands the business and the way it works to be able to recommend and continuously improve the way that they are using their tech stack (the list of software that they are using in the business). We offer this as an optional upgrade for our clients at the end of our initial time together.

Yes we are however at ProjectBox we are technology agnostic which means that we do not believe any particular software is suitable for all businesses problems. Our approach is to find out what you are looking to achieve, your budget and then ensure that the platform(s) that you are already using, or plan to use, are suitable. Any and all financial gain that we make from software is donated to local charities. This way you can rest easy knowing that the solutions we are recommending come from a place of support for your business, not for our pockets.
