There is a lot of software on the market that provides you a virtual AI assistant who joins your meeting and then afterwards summarises and transcribes the audio. For the last 12 months, we have been testing, playing, and retesting various options.
Each tool has it’s pros (including creating video reels!) and cons (difficulty using the tool), but one thing we found that let them all down was the transcription. I have a very mixed accent (New Zealand X Australian), and quite often my twang crossed with industry jargon, makes it difficult to get accurate notes.
