This is for businesses if you want the freedom and flexibility to complete the questionnaire in their own time, but would like our experts to review your workflows, make recommendations and give you the action steps to make change!

What you can expect!

  • Upon sign up, you will receive immediate access to our Service Blueprint questionnaire. This contains the exact questions and prompts we use to guide our in-person blueprinting sessions. Once you have finished the questionnaire, you will then receive immediate access to a PDF document that contains all of the questions and your answers and some immediate tips and tricks related to the software and tools that you are using in your business.
  • Your submission will be sent to us for our experts to review. Within two to three weeks, we will turn your answers into full blueprint workflows and you will be provided with access to your own portal so that you can work through your action items and see the flow on effect from the changes you are making. Once our time together is over, this portal is yours to keep - at no extra charge.
  • Upon receipt of your portal login, we will organise a 45-minute Zoom session to review your Blueprint
  • After the Zoom meeting, you will receive an additional four weeks support via email to answer any questions that might arise.

How long does it take?

The total time to complete the questionnaire is 1 to 5 hours (maybe even longer), depending on the complexity of your business and the number of services you wish to blueprint.

Once you hit submit, you will receive your PDF answers immediately. You will also be provided with a link that you can use at any time to come back and update your answers and receive an updated PDF.

Once we receive notice of your submission, it will take us approximately two to three weeks to complete our stage. We will be in touch with you during this time to seek further feedback and clarify any information required.
