ABOUT PIP

FOUNDER OF PROJECTBOX
Warm, direct, practical, and allergic to template theatre.
ClickUp Verified Consultant, systems thinker, and the person who notices the workflow gaps everyone else has learned to work around.
HERE’S THE THING
I’ve always been drawn to the how of a business. How work flows, how teams operate, how technology supports or slows down the day-to-day. Over time, that curiosity became a passion for helping organisations create clarity, structure, and ways of working that actually feel good to use.
Software implementation came along naturally. The systems I was designing needed tools to live in, and people liked how I broke things down. There’s nothing better than watching someone’s face when something finally clicks: when the tech makes sense, when a process feels easier, when they realise it doesn’t have to be as complicated as they thought.
THE BACKGROUND
Before ProjectBox, I spent years in operational roles across industries that have nothing in common except this: they all needed someone to come in and make things work better.
Export Logistics
Education & Training
Agency Operations
Government
Professional Services
Shopfitting & Fencing Trades
ProjectBox was built for businesses growing past the “we just know” stage.
Most clients come to me because things work, but only because good people are holding too much in their heads. They are chasing tasks, remembering handovers, copying information between tools, and carrying admin that the system should be handling.
I am not tool-limited, even though ClickUp is a specialty.
ClickUp is a big part of what I do, but it is not the whole answer every time. Sometimes the fix is Fillout, Zapier, typedesk, Acuity, Process Street, a better file structure, or a process that finally stops relying on someone’s memory.
I care about the person using the system, not just the system looking tidy.
Your director, ops manager, admin support, and creative team do not all think the same way. A system only works properly when it considers the different people who have to use it every day.
HOW I WORK
Design for humans, not just systems
People are at the centre of everything I do. Every system, workflow, and process is designed around how your team actually works.
No one night stands
I don’t build and ghost. Systems evolve, teams grow, questions come up. Post-project support is baked in because that’s where real value happens.
Practical, not over-engineered
Properly does not mean complicated. The best systems are the ones that feel clear, calm, and genuinely supportive day to day.
Not locked to one tool
I have specialties, but I’m not limited to them. Your business gets the right tool for the job, even if that means recommending you to someone or something else.
THE BUSINESS BIT
When you work with ProjectBox, you work directly with me. I design the strategy. I build the workflows. I configure the systems. There’s no bouncing between consultants, no repeating yourself, and no templated solution. I intentionally keep ProjectBox boutique so I can stay close to the work and close to my clients.
THE NON-WORK BITS
You might as well know what kind.
Hot drink of choice
Strong hot chocolate.
Never tea, never coffee.
Preferred landscape
Give me a valley with a creek over a beach any day.
Beverage after hours
Wine or a well-made cocktail.
Business admin truth
Family first, always. Everything else works around that.
Typing speed
104 WPM at 98% accuracy. Global average is 40. It's my super power.
Real name
Philippa. But even my own parents don’t call me that anymore.
No jargon, no overcomplicating things. Just clear systems that work.
READY WHEN YOU ARE
Whether something feels broken, messy, or simply ready for its next level, let’s talk about what better could look like.
Start with a conversation.
Bring the messy bits or the “this could be better” feeling. I’ll help you figure out the next sensible step.
