Make sure you check your email. In it contains some very special instructions including your BOSS code for booking in any consults that you require.
We have allocated days for consults specifically for people in the BOSS community so you should always be able to find a time within the month.
If you are unable to find a time, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] and we will see what we can do.
Please note, if you make a booking for a date outside of your current month, you will need to remain an active member of BOSS up until the consult has been held. This is to ensure that we can provide you with top-level support before and after your consult.
