The Solo package is if it is just you within your business. The Team package is for those with two or more team members.

Add in your details

This bit's simple! We need to know who you are so pop your details into the payment form!

Complete your sign up!

Pop in your payment details. This is the card that we will charge each month until you choose to leave the membership. Once done, hit the GREEN PAY button and away we go!

All pricing is in AUD.

This is a monthly membership fee with no lock in contract. You can cancel any time by emailing [email protected]

An additional $1AUD will be charged to the credit card that you used with your first payment. This is a charge for the setup of your subscription and to ensure that your card is valid.

Your credit/debit card will automatically be charged on the same date each month based on the membership level that you have signed up for until you advise us that you wish to cancel.

If your email support questions require more than one clarification response from us or is a strategy-related question, this will be deemed as a hands-on support issue or a consult/technical training request, and you will be charged accordingly. Please note that we will advise you of this before continuing with your request. Please see below information around Power Up pricing.

All consults need to be booked within your active membership month. If you book a consult outside of your month, it is expected that you will remain a BOSS member until such time that your consult has been completed. If you are ever unable to find a consult time within your active month, please email [email protected] and we can work something out for you.

A little bit extra....

We know that email support is going to be priceless for you, but we also know that you may need us for hands-on consulting or help.

So we have put together what we can our 'PowerUps' to utilise if and when you need them.

Personalised tech updates, how they impact you, and suggestions on how to utilise them within your business $89 /month
Consulting - this cost is per hour. You are able to use for anything to do with the systems within your business $220 /hour
Hands on Support to help you within your systems or to fix a problem.

This service is not available unless you are a B.O.S.S member (please contact us for project pricing). Billed in 15 min increments - estimated quote will be provided before we start.
$150 /hour
