What is documentation? Commonly referred to as your Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) or process documentation, these are the instructions on how to complete all of the processes within your business.
We know that getting started on this process and then knowing what to document and how is often what most businesses struggle with and is enough to deter them from getting started.
We also know that not all businesses have the budget to hire an external consultant to do the work for them.
So we have taken the best of our knowledge, and turned it into a 12 month email series to help you get started and keep moving forward with documenting your own processes.

Simply click here to provide us with your details and make payment. You will be sent your first email as soon as payment confirmation is received. If you have chosen to upgrade to the support package, this starts from the date that you make payment.
Each month we will send you an email with instructions for that month. We will be including prompts for all areas of your business including marketing, sales, onboarding, delivery, offboarding, finances, and your team.
The time to complete your documentation depends vastly on the complexity of your business and the resources (time and people) that you are able to allocate. On average, it takes approximately 5 to 30 minutes to document one process including any filming and finalising of the procedure.
Definitely! The first step is to have a chat and identify what your goals are with the training. From there we can advise you on the actions to take moving forward.
The total cost for this program is $120 (inc GST if you are within Australia).
If you choose to upgrade to the support package, this comes with an additional cost of $500 (inc GST if you are within Australia) for the year.

This program will still be of benefit to you to help you bring it all together and make sure that everything has been included.
If you choose to take up the support upgrade, this provides you with unlimited priority support via email for the 12 months that the program runs for.
You are welcome to email us with any (and as many as you like!) questions that you have about your documentation project.

Yes! Simply let us know and we will happily set you up on a faster schedule. Please note that the price is still the same and if you upgrade to the support option, this will still be applicable for the 12 month period.
Short answer – yes! If you start the program but you do not find it helpful, we will happily pro-rata the price based on the number of months since you signed up.
